Given our experience as both internal and external talent development professionals, we have found that our blend of experiences are useful in a variety of ways to other development professionals, internal training teams, and clients with talent development and talent management projects.

Coaching

Executive coaching provides focus and support to develop new skills, while at other times provides a confidential sounding board with a fresh perspective that you may not have otherwise considered. In addition, we provide coaching to sales professionals and financial advisors that supplements their past training and current skill set.

Facilitation & Design

Group work is distinct from training and traditional team building in that it is often unique in design to each groups situation. Having designed and facilitated many group work sessions we have also assisted training departments and fellow professionals in refining their session design and training material.

Collaborating on session design, customized training or co-facilitating a team development event, we strive to provide a blend of adult learning theory, experiential learning exercises with a focus on useful pragmatic application.

Consulting
