Jeff has over 13 years of professional development, coaching and consulting experience.  This experience consists of a breadth and depth in Organizational Effectiveness, Training & Development, Executive Coaching, Leadership Development, Team Building, Change Management, Communication Effectiveness, and Strategic Business Planning.

 
Experience/Background

Prior to launching the Circular Learning Project, Jeff has lead, managed and developed multiple training, organizational development and performance consulting teams.  He was instrumental in proposing, designing and implementing the internal consulting practice at Franklin Templeton Investments.  He has also helped to initiate and build a firm wide Leadership Development program with Sony Computer Entertainment America.

Notable accomplishments while with Franklin Templeton Investments include the development & training strategy for asset gathering campaigns, implementation of executive coaching across sales and portfolio divisions, the design, development and implementation of leadership and communications training, implementation of performance management and introduction of 360 based assessments.  His training sessions and value added program designs are still utilized both internally for employee development, and externally as value added program offerings to top producing financial advisors.

While at Sony Computer Entertainment, Jeff developed the framework for a multi-tier leadership development program that addressed professional development for new managers, strategic leaders and executives in alignment with the organizations leadership competencies.  In addition, he piloted the launch of Sony's first internal leadership workshop for professionals transitioning from individual contributors to leaders.

As an independent consultant, Jeff has provided strategy and team building session work with the Big Brothers Big Sisters of America (Cleveland Ohio Chapter), Design & Facilitation for the Board of Directors of Security Analysts of San Francisco, co-facilitation of Polarity Management training for Union Bank, co-facilitation of group work for the US State Department, Is a faculty member of Polarity Management Mastery Program and continues to provide coaching to top producing Financial Advisors and Leaders in fortune 500 companies.

Jeff is a graduate of the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland, and The Professional School of Psychology Coaching program.  He is certified in Bridges Change Management, Appreciative Inquiry, Meyers Briggs Type Indicator, Integrity Systems, Development Dimensions International, Polarity Management, Brand Platform Development, and is recognized for his customized team building and group work.  He has his Speech Communication Bachelors Degree from Colorado State University.
